Panaxea's Verdant Vitex may be helpful for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and abnormal menstruation or Amenorrhoea. PCOS is essentially an inflammatory condition with insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance and predominately insufficient progesterone during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, which is called a luteal phase defect or corpus luteum insufficiency.
