There is no need to be concerned about using your credit card online. It's very safe. The system we use is called PayFast. This is a secure online credit card platform that has been approved by all banks. PayFast has a watertight level of security and operates behind an SSL (secure socket layer) certificate. All your details entered on the payment page are encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone. Credit card details are completely confidential and safe. PayFast is fully PCI-compliant which means they have gone through rigorous testing and certification to ensure information is not prone to attacks or theft. The easiest and most efficient way is to pay with your credit card, as your payment will reflect in our account immediately and we can process your order instantly. However, we also offer an internet banking (EFT) or Direct Deposit option. The only drawback is the possible delay before the payment reflects in our account, which might delay the processing of your order. Should you choose EFT or Direct Deposit, please remember to email the proof of payment to: email@example.com.

In “Checkout”, follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. Click on "Confirm Order". An order confirmation page will appear. Log onto your banking site. Load Dr GA Fourie as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use your Order # in the reference line for your payment. Kindly email your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) via PayFast
In "Checkout", follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via Credit Card. Click on "Confirm Order". The PayFast transaction page will load. Select "Instant EFT" and follow the transaction instructions. You will receive a payment confirmation from PayFast once the transaction is complete. Our offices will also receive a confirmation from PayFast, so there is no need for you to send proof of payment.
A direct deposit payment is the same as doing an EFT payment, except you have to go to your bank and physically make the deposit into Dr GA Fourie's account. Kindly email your deposit slip to email@example.com to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible.
A standard delivery cost is R140. Free delivery for orders over R2000. The delivery cost will be displayed upon Checkout.
Yes. We deliver almost anywhere in South Africa using a courier company called Aramex. Delivery is straight to your door and is trackable, safe and efficient. You can expect your order in 2 to 3 working days from day of dispatch. Dr Grant Fourie reserves the right to change the courier company at any time, without prior notice.

Our online shop is available 24/7, but we process orders and answer queries from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (except on Public Holidays). If you're shopping after hours, your order will be processed the next morning. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter. Once we receive payment, we dispatch your order within 24 hours. In the rare instance where we happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

Our chosen courier company will deliver your order to your preferred address. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries during weekends and Public Holidays. If you're at work during this time, we can deliver to your work address, just remember to select that as your delivery address. If there is no one home when delivery takes place, the courier company will phone to make alternative arrangements. An additional delivery charge might be levied under such circumstances.

Yes, for safety reasons, we would prefer you to personally receive your order. However, should you be unavailable to sign for the order, Dr Grant Fourie cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of these products being signed for by a third party, and you acknowledge that any reliance upon such delivery, shall be at your sole risk.
Delivery via our courier will take 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email that contains your waybill number and the courier company's web address, so you can personally track the progress of your delivery.
For your peace of mind, goods can be returned within seven (7) days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we can only accept goods for return that are undamaged, in their original packaging with tamper seals intact. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us. You are responsible for packing the product safely and securely for return to ensure against damage in transit. Yes, practitioners are welcome to order. We offer a 20% discount to practitioners on all supplement purchases. This discount will be calculated during the Checkout process. However, please note that it takes 1-2 working days after you've registered on our site, to activate your discount status. No. You are welcome to purchase any product from our "General users" supplement range. However, you will not be able to purchase our exclusive supplement range offered to our patients nor will you be able to order any prescription medication.
