A tribute by Trish Haye (patient of Dr Grant Fourie)

I went to a school reunion yesterday. 39 years since I have seen some people. I can’t imagine how I would have felt had I seen them nine, six or even three months ago. But seeing them yesterday was amazing. I am looking and feeling great and according to my Mum’s analysis of the [group] picture, I’m the youngest looking one there!! Don’t know about that, but I’m certainly genetically blessed to not have to dye my hair... yet! 

Thought I would give you pause for thought on what a difference your regime has made to my life, my health and through that, my looks, which of course translates into greater confidence. Take a look at the picture of me ten years ago... And six years ago... And yesterday.

There is no doubt in my mind that without the Banting I would look horrendous! But the change that your entire protocol has brought about, has me feeling amazing. Not every day is perfect, but it’s a constant improvement.  It is such a joy to be feeling so good, to be feeling so good about myself and to have it happen in the summer when I’m usually at my worst, is the cherry on top!

Can’t wait to see what other changes will be happening in the months to come.
